A Prairie Alphabet, the bestselling and much-loved book written by Jo Bannatyne-Cugnet and illustrated by Yvette Moore, will be read again a hundred years from now!

The book was recently chosen to be placed inside the new time capsule at the Saskatchewan Legislative Building. The Legislature is one hundred years old, and a time capsule buried when it was built was unearthed in October  2012. The new time capsule will be buried sometime later this fall, once all the articles have been collected and properly prepared to last a century.

Jo and Yvette were on hand for a ceremony at the Legislature on October 11, 2012.
