Congratulations to Alison Lohans, who was selected as the YWCA Woman of Distinction in the Arts Category!

Alison certainly deserves this award; she has published 25 children’s books, has mentored, taught, and encouraged aspiring writers for as many years, with many of her students going on to be published and winning awards themselves. She also plays the cello, cornet, and recorder, and is active is Regina’s musical community.
